I received the eyeshadows from High Voltage Cosmetics yesterday so I decided to try out a look using the eyeshadows from the Brothers Grimm Collection (which I'm totally in love with)!

Mini haul last week! Chanel's oil control serum (this is the one!), Topshop's eyeshadows (sandstorm collection) & Urban Decay's de-slick. Oh, nail polish remover too! I absolutely love de-slick & I always use it mixed with my regular primer.

Instead of doing what I'm supposed to do (AKA do up my project) & tried out a new lining technique I've always wanted to do, and so here it is! I have pink eyebrows this time (8D). I'm not very pleased very the outcome of it though. Had a mishap, opened my eye before the liner could dry, so there's a visible black line at the crease color.

Eyes:
1. Urban Decay primer potion
2. M.A.C Bare Study paint pot
3. Urban Decay BoS Vol. III Money eyeshadow
4. Urban Decay BoS Vol. III Radium eyeshadow
5. Urban Decay BoS Vol. III Perversion eyeshadow
6. Urban Decay BoS Vol. II White Rabbit eyeshadow
7. M.A.C Black liquid eyeliner
8. Estee Lauder Illusionist Intense Maximum Curling Mascara
9. White eyeliner (unknown brand)
10. M.A.C Pretty Please lipstick (eyebrows)
11. M.A.C Petals & Peacocks lipstick (eyebrows)

REVIEW - TOPSHOP (BLUSH IN NEON ROSE)

This is a long due review on Topshop's cosmetics products. I'm gonna only review the blush as I did a mini review on the eyeshadow I got previously! This blush is named Neon Rose & just the name alone caught my eye when I was browsing the website. I need then that I had to get this!

Product:
Topshop Blush in Neon Rose
---
Cost:
SGD???
I'll get back to this page as soon as I go back to my outlet because I've forgotten how much it is!
---
Product Description (taken from the website):

Lightweight cream to powder blush that melts into the skin giving a natural luminous, radiant finish.
---
Packaging:
It comes in a dotted cream white round snap-case. I love how cute it looks. Seriously, Topshop's concept is solid. Included with the blush is a mirror, very similar to opening up a compact powder. It's simple though I really do not need the mirror. In fact, I think it's too small to even use it to apply the blush!

---
Product:
The color stated on the website is coral. Perhaps with a more pinkish tint, but definitely coral-based. The product can be easier applied by blending with the fingers or a blush brush. I tend to do it with a brush because I am really clueless at which area should I blend on if I do it with my fingers. With a brush, at least I know the location! Like the description, it feels more like a powder blush upon application, which is good! It doesn't have that sticky feeling like most cream products have.
It applies sheer but the color can be built up. Did I mention how easy it is to blend it? I use this blush on my no-makeup-makeup days & it really gives a hint of healthy color to the cheeks.
---
Verdict:
5/5

What more can I say? Good value, great color & great formula! What else other than 5/5? I'm hoping to get more of these soon!

I realised that my previous 2 posts are LOTDs with purples! I have no idea why I keep reaching out for the purples even though I really dislike the color. But I gotta admit, it looks good as an eyeshadow color. I'm back with a very simple look that I did just to try out Chanel's Ombre D'Eau fluid eyeshadow so see if it really does add sparkle to another shadow. However, I went for an awesome brow color. Seriously, I love red eyebrows. But it is really impractical to go out (especially to school) with red eyebrows.

Lips: later!
Face: later!
Eyes: later!
This is defintiely a look that I will not tire out. Heavy cat eye liner with sparkly black or another other dark shades with a defined brow. Intense contouring with minimal blush & lastly almost nothing on the lips! Yum!
